Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of ~150 high-net-worth households with capacity for $25K+ annual gifts and $1M+ capital gift
Conduct 60–80+ in-person donor meetings annually to cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts
Secure six and seven-figure major, restricted, and campaign gifts
Develop tailored fundraising strategies, proposals, and donor communications
Identify and qualify new prospects in partnership with prospect research
Track donor activity accurately in Raiser’s Edge
Represent the organization at donor events and engagements, including evenings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
8–10+ years of fundraising experience
Proven success closing 5-, 6-, and 7-figure gifts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar CRM
Strategic, collaborative, and results-driven
Preferred
