Responsibilities

Lead the design, analysis, and review of civil and structural engineering projects

Participate in the development of engineering SOW and deliverables each project demands

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client specifications and safety standards

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Ensure all projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and best practices

Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts

Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering within Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries

Professional Engineer in the State of Texas

Active TWIC Card

Proven track record managing complex EPC projects from design through construction

Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and engineering software

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Master's degree in civil or structural engineering
