Responsibilities

Maintain and update cost basis tax lots to reflect accurate reporting and system-driven changes

Support advisors and firms through chat, calls, and Salesforce cases to resolve cost basis questions

Investigate variances across systems and escalate appropriately

Perform internal audits to ensure accurate gain/loss and tax lot presentation

Participate in regression testing for platform enhancements

Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to maintain accurate data

Assist in documentation updates and internal control adherence

Participate in call/chats queues and manage time‑sensitive client needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to workflow changes

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred

Experience in financial services or accounting-related work
