Special Event Crew Intern
Auburn University is seeking a Special Event Crew Intern to assist with the planning and execution of special events. The role involves supporting administrative duties and collaborating with vendors and clients while gaining familiarity with Auburn Athletics venues.

Assist with the planning and execution of special events
Learn and become familiar with all Auburn Athletics venues
Form relationships with vendors and clients
Assist in daily administrative duties such as filing, copying, and printing
Assist in the guidance of setup and breakdown for special events

Qualification
Required
Enrolled student at Auburn University
At least 18 years of age
Ability to work in variable weather conditions with loud crowd noise
Ability to work both weekdays and weekends, 10-20 hours a week
Ability to work during all Auburn Athletics home games
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as basic audio-visual knowledge
Ability to independently interpret and follow any verbal or written instruction, including floorplan and event details, with minimal supervision
