Responsibilities

Specializing in internal data tools for pipelining, SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization. Build, QA, and troubleshoot live data feeds and reports

Report on revenue, ad product performance, campaign KPIs, best practices for sales efforts, and goal attainment for a variety of stakeholders in the GBS org

Use data to identify insights and help the sales team find areas of opportunity, tailored to their specific needs

Work with cross-functional partners in sales, product, engineering, operations, and marketing strategy roles to collaborate on tool development

Improve and automate current recurring and ad-hoc reports where necessary

Create meaningful dashboards for the sales team and upper management

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in data, reporting, and analytical problem-solving

3+ years of hands-on experience using SQL, working knowledge of SQL database functions

3+ years using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

Experience reporting to or presenting data findings to clients or non-technical leadership

Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems with product and engineering teams

Strong oral and written communication skills

Effective at project management and time management

Preferred

Familiarity with TikTok's ad products, ad server platform, and ecosystem

Experience driving complex initiatives with a focus on product adoption and revenue enablement

Proven ability to map stakeholders and shape joint initiatives
