Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Manage existing client accounts
Collaborate with operational & technical teams to align services with client needs
Prepare proposals
Negotiate contracts
Attend various industry trade shows
Meet sales and revenue targets
Maintain the company’s personalized and relationship-driven service model
Qualification
Required
5-7 years within the power/energy industry at a minimum. Preferably within sales &/or business development
Strong knowledge of turbine maintenance and inspection services, including gas and steam turbines, generator maintenance, and ancillary equipment services
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build and manage client relationships effectively
Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and developing strategic sales plans to achieve targets
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities to manage various accounts and projects simultaneously
Proficient in Salesforce CRM
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as necessary to meet clients and oversee projects. 50%+ travel requirement
Ability to obtain a TWIC Card
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
