Responsibilities

Independently lead the development and execution of the comprehensive marketing strategy for each service line, ensuring alignment with HHN’s engagement goals and operational workflows
Translate complex healthcare services and operational processes into member-friendly messaging that is accessible, empathetic, and resonates across diverse populations
Own end-to-end campaign production, inclusive of concepting creation, copywriting, graphic design, vendor coordination, and performance tracking
Design the new member welcome journey, including brochures, printed materials, digital channels, and physical assets
Revamp and maintain HHN’s website, ensuring consistency with brand voice and clarity of communications
Produce digital and physical assets for internal and external audiences to articulate HHN’s mission, programs, and value proposition
Monitor and present the success of campaigns using analytical tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, and Looker/PowerBI
Partner directly with CEO to advance the long term engagement strategy across varying channels
Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing of creative and messaging
Scope, schedule, track, and deliver each campaign on time and on budget

Required

Highly skilled at written and verbal communication
Creative individual with experience in writing copy and creating digital graphics
Able to distill multifaceted concepts and complex operational processes into easy to digest language that speaks to our members
Experience using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
Proficiency with core business tools including PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to leverage marketing analytics tools (Looker, PowerBI, or similar) to evaluate campaign performance
Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dedicated support
Strong project management skills—scoping, scheduling, tracking, and delivering campaigns independently
Ability to communicate clearly across teams and coordinate seamlessly with vendors and internal stakeholders
Education: Bachelor's required; Master's is a plus
4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or member engagement, preferably in a fast-paced startup or health tech environment
Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns, including print, digital, and in-person activations
Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, rapid-growth, startup environment with evolving needs
