The role focuses on driving the lending origination system, CRM tools, business rules, and policy and procedure initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and create technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements for various projects, including the lending origination system, CRM tools, and other technology solutions

When developing technical documents and business requirements, consider that AI systems and automation tools may act as future end users. Structure content to be modular, logically organized, and machine-readable where appropriate. This supports scalability, enables intelligent automation, and ensures documentation remains relevant as technology evolves

Create clear and concise technical documentation, user guides, and manuals that effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines

Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure they meet the needs of the organization, making necessary revisions as required

Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that systems and processes meet defined requirements and are free of defects

Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather information, present findings, and provide status updates on projects
