The Staff Accountant will support the month-end and year-end accounting close, prepare reconciliations and financial statements, and assist with various accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Support month-end and year-end accounting close
Assist in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare and input journal entries and make appropriate accruals
Assist in the preparation of monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts; cash, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, etc
Assist in the preparation of monthly and year to date profit and loss statements, with comparison of actual vs. budget
Assist in the preparation of balance sheets schedules and profit and loss reports to meet monthly reporting requirements
Assist in the preparation of Accounts Receivable (Delinquency / Aging Reports)
Assist in the preparation of Accounts Payable (Aging Reports)
Maintain fixed asset schedule
Assist in the preparation of documentation for external auditors
Qualification
Required
BS in Accountancy a must
Strong leadership skills
Ability to confidently communicate
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail
Preferred
Knowledge of NetSuite a plus
