Responsibilities
Lead technical design and development efforts for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on platform capabilities
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team
Implement and maintain IRM module solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices
Support additional modules such as Software Asset Management (SAM) and Contract Management
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts
Collaborate in an Agile (SAFe) environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow platform standards and governance
Learn and champion DevOps practices
Develop proficiency in and support configuration automation platforms, including Blue Prism and Power Automate, to drive process efficiency and integration
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
Active CIS-Risk certification
Proven experience in technical leadership, including mentoring and guiding development teams
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices for scalability and maintainability
Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Familiarity with Integration Hub and use of out-of-box spokes
Ability to design and build custom integrations leveraging REST API's and OAuth
Proficiency in building and troubleshooting ATF
Experience working in an Agile (SAFe) framework
Preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience engaging with senior leadership
