Responsibilities
Resolve AMHS equipment issues
Perform planned maintenance and repair of overhead hoist transport (OHT) systems
Maintain and repair linear induction motor (LIM)
Service SRC300 & SRC330 & LIM vehicles
Repair conveyor systems and FOUP
Handle N2 purge, bare reticle and pod stockers
Interact with 300mm fab equipment such as E84 optical transducer installation & removal
Troubleshoot delivery issues to other 300mm fab equipment
Maintain and repair other 300mm fab equipment
Train other Onsemi technicians in AMHS roles
Qualification
Required
High School / GED (Secondary) degree level
Experience in maintaining and repairing Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) equipment
Ability to resolve AMHS equipment issues
Experience with planned maintenance and repair of overhead hoist transport (OHT) systems
Knowledge of linear induction motor (LIM), SRC300 & SRC330 & LIM vehicles, conveyor systems, and FOUP
Experience with N2 purge, bare reticle, and pod stockers
Ability to interact with 300mm fab equipment such as E84 optical transducer installation & removal
Ability to troubleshoot delivery issues to other 300mm fab equipment
Willingness to work day and night shifts on a compressed week of 12-hour shifts
Ability to provide training to other Onsemi technicians in AMHS roles
