They are seeking a Compliance Assurance Analyst to support key components of their Compliance Management System, including testing, licensing, audits, and issue management.

Responsibilities
Compliance Testing: Execute compliance reviews, document procedures, test controls, and identify gaps for remediation
Audits and Examinations: Assist in completing audits and regulatory reviews, documentation requests, and support post-audit remediation
Licensing & Regulatory Filings: Maintain state licenses, track filings and renewals, and annual reports
Issue Management: Track and assist in driving resolution of compliance issues across the organization
Special Projects: Current Compliance moves fast, and our risks and priorities are constantly evolving. Everyone on our team is regularly asked to pitch in on new initiatives that may be a departure from prior day-to-day responsibilities
Qualification
Required
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, risk, or a related field
Fanatically detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Enjoy researching, analyzing processes, and identifying gaps or patterns
Communicate clearly—both in writing and verbally—and can distill complex concepts into actionable insights
Embrace change, adapt quickly, and are excited to learn about new regulations, technologies, and business models
Thrive in a collaborative environment and want to contribute to building a strong and scalable Compliance program
Preferred
Experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or internal audit
Familiarity with consumer finance regulations and CMS components (e.g., testing, TPRM, licensing)
Strong analytical background or experience working with data
