Responsibilities

Provide financial control, reporting, and analysis for multiple DoD contracts
Maintain, track, and update budgets, forecasts, and expenditures in accordance with contractual requirements and company policies
Manage financial reporting, oversight, and program performance metrics
Support Program Managers with labor planning, project status reviews, and variance analysis
Generate monthly financial reporting packages and interface with internal finance and operations teams
Maintain and analyze indirect rate structures to ensure accuracy in cost reporting and planning
Serve as a Unanet SME for project setup, labor tracking, indirect allocations, and billing workflows

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Controller or Project Financial Analyst role supporting government contracts
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Unanet in a project control capacity
Demonstrated expertise in understanding and managing Indirect Rate Structures, including overhead, G&A, and fringe allocations
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Working knowledge of DoD cost accounting principles, FAR/DFARS, and Cost-Type, T&M, and FFP contract types
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Experience supporting a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
Familiarity with DCAA requirements and audit support
