Responsibilities

Manage and nurture client relationships within the healthcare sector, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet client needs and drive long-term customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare-focused solutions, prioritizing profitable growth and revenue expansion for the account
Provide support and mentorship to account executives and managers, enabling them to achieve sales and revenue targets
Participate in the development and execution of account strategies, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue
Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for healthcare clients, offering insights and guidance to strengthen partnerships
Prepare and deliver client reports and proposals that demonstrate the value and ROI of healthcare solutions
Regularly analyze healthcare market dynamics and adjust account strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities
Represent the organization at healthcare industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and build relationships

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3+ years in healthcare account leadership or strategic sales roles
Proven success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion within healthcare accounts while nurturing client relationships
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering business growth
A continuous learner who stays current with healthcare industry trends and technologies

Preferred

An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Certifications such as Certified Account Manager (CAM) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus
