Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses
Assist with answering and triaging incoming phone calls, directing to the appropriate staff member as needed
Plan and execute client appreciation initiatives, team events, and communications
Partner with internal teams such as advisors, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless client service delivery
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver engaging client communications, newsletters, and updates
Prepare and distribute mailings and other communications as required
Handle all logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering requests, and coordinating facilities for setup and cleanup
Maintain organized electronic filing systems
Provide general client service and support for advisors and their clients
Offer phone support and manage inbound communications
Perform daily operational tasks as needed and assist in other duties as assigned
Maintain office supplies & equipment; stock and maintain kitchen area
Qualification
Required
Integrity and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills
A team player with strong leadership skills and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
2 years of relevant service-oriented experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments; demonstrates initiative
Sound organizational skills and strong personal computer skills (MS Office Suite)
