Responsibilities
Perform apartment repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
Respond to service requests and on-call maintenance emergencies
Maintain buildings, grounds, and community amenities
Track and manage tools, supplies, and equipment
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation
Basic tools and reliable transportation required
Preferred
HVAC experience preferred; EPA certification preferred
Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred
