PlainsCapital Bank is seeking results-driven Relationship Managers to join their team. This role is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans within the market while cultivating long-term client relationships and driving loan and deposit growth.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains commercial business relationships for both deposit and loan activities with existing customers and new customer prospects

Assesses risk and structures loans, including lines of credit, inventory, accounts receivable, equipment and commercial real estate loans

Identifies and develops potential commercial lending opportunities within an assigned market segment

Develops multi-family portfolio

Maintains a wide variety of contacts within and outside the bank. This includes membership in and active contribution to several key organizations

Cross sells other bank products and services

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Contributes to the team effort by performing other job-related duties as assigned
