Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who can balance remote work with in-person client interactions. The role involves delivering and overseeing ABA therapy, supervising Behavior Technicians, and engaging parents in therapy, all while receiving support from a dedicated clinical team.

Responsibilities

Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

Required

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience in delivering and overseeing ABA therapy
Ability to work both remotely and in-person

Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
Data-driven decision-making skills
Commitment to client-centered care

Preferred

Experience with assent-based care
Experience in training parents and families
Leadership experience in clinical settings
Experience in mentoring Behavior Technicians
