They are excited to launch a Rational Program for New Graduates in Process Development and Integration Engineering, designed to accelerate the growth of early-career engineers through hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art fab environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in designing and optimizing semiconductor process flows for silicon photonics
Collaborate with module owners (etch, deposition, lithography, CMP, metrology) to ensure successful process integration
Analyze process and yield data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
Contribute to process documentation, experiment planning, and technical reporting
Support cross-functional efforts in R&D, operations, and quality
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related fields
Passionate about semiconductor technology, photonics, and process innovation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, JMP, Excel, MATLAB)
SPC/DOE concepts
