Responsibilities

Handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment

Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time

All computer equipment is provided

You must be able to maintain department. Work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed
