Legends Global is a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, currently seeking Changeover Staff for the Shreveport Convention Center and Shreveport Municipal Auditorium. The role involves assisting the Operations Supervisor with the setup and teardown of various events, including moving and arranging items, cleaning, and maintaining the venue.

Responsibilities
Moving, arranging, setting and removal of items needed for events
Set-up and tear-down of stages, tables, chairs, barricades, linens, and equipment
Assembly and disassembly of animal penning
Cleaning and up-keep of buildings including buffing; dusting; sweeping; mopping; vacuuming; washing windows; cleaning toilets, urinals, mirrors, walls, arena seats, and trash cans
Clean-up during and after events
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings and may be subjected to adverse conditions
Ability to perform work in high areas
Ability to work irregular hours; shifts that may include nights, graveyard shift, weekends and holidays
Ability to communicate in English in emergency situations
Reliable and consistent transportation during irregular hours
Standing for long durations
Lifting and moving up to 100 pounds
Kneeling, stooping and crawling
Vision acuity to operate equipment as required
Preferred
Some experience using hand tools
