Required

Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva Video, or similar platforms
Experience filming and editing short-form video content for social media
Understanding of best practices for video content on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
Ability to take feedback and make timely revisions
Interest in public policy, government, or politics
Flexible schedule, with availability to work at the Capitol in Hartford during business hours and occasionally attend events off-site
Ability to operate independently and exercise judgment, as well as the ability to work effectively as a team member

CapCut experience is preferred
