Responsibilities

Design and update web experiences using Figma, leveraging existing design systems, templates, and component libraries
Apply and maintain strict adherence to corporate brand standards, including typography, color systems, layout rules, and accessibility requirements
Collaborate with content and delivery teams to ensure designs are optimized for platform implementation
Create, edit, and optimize visual assets, including image cropping and color correction, using Adobe Photoshop
Develop supporting graphics and materials using Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint
Execute assigned tasks independently while managing priorities in a structured, delivery-focused environment
Incorporate feedback efficiently from creative leadership and stakeholders
Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional partners across multiple time zones

Required

Proven experience as a Web Designer within enterprise or corporate environments
Advanced proficiency in Figma with the ability to contribute immediately
Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and color theory
Experience producing professional presentation materials using PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to work within strict brand guidelines and structured design systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent visual judgment
Ability to work remotely while aligning with UK or EST business hours, including an 8:00 AM EST start time if applicable

Preferred

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and designing for AEM-based websites
Experience working in regulated or highly structured corporate environments
Experience using project and task management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
Background supporting financial or enterprise-level brands
