Intern: Employee Experience
EquipmentShare is a company on a mission to transform the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support. They are seeking a student intern to assist with community engagement initiatives, streamline employee recognition processes, and collaborate on onboarding preparations.

Responsibilities
Assist with Community Engagement initiatives, including annual campaigns and organizing volunteer opportunities
Streamline process for employee recognition requests. Fulfilling requests and creating a process for gifting including employee sympathy, new babies, weddings, and retirement
Collaborate with Talent Onboarding Specialist for Orientation preparation, Mentorship Program support, and new hire kits and information
Qualification
Required
Must be actively working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field strongly recommended
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Detail-oriented and deadline driven
Ability to organize and interpret data
Problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
Interest in creating meaningful employee experiences, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives
