Responsibilities
Become a Leapfin expert, leveraging your technical accounting and data analyst background to advise customers on best practices for using Leapfin and its integration partners like Stripe, Netsuite, and many others
Flex your GAAP knowledge and partner with our innovative customers to provide guidance on ambiguous accounting problems
Diagnose and resolve accounting-related data issues, working with large data sets and complex accounting problems
Collaborate with the Customer Success team and leverage your analytics abilities to design and deliver data solutions during implementation
Qualification
Required
A background in technical accounting, either as a contributor or in a role supporting accounting/finance systems
Expertise around Income statements, balance sheets, and all things revenue accounting and beyond
Passion for working directly with customers to solve problems and drive value
Curiosity about new technologies and using AI in day-to-day life
Expert with SQL, databases, and APIs
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and contribute as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated exceptional problem solving skills
Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth startup setting and is willing to pitch in across the business to support customers
