Responsibilities

Track timelines, tasks, and deliverables across marketing, retailer, and distributor initiatives
Maintain project trackers, calendars, and status updates
Support communication between sales, marketing, operations, and distributors
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and send follow-up notes and action items
Assist with distributor meetings, presentations, and planning materials
Track retailer program submissions, approvals, and deadlines
Help communicate inventory availability and flag potential issues
Organize paperwork, filings, and documentation related to key programs

Required

1–3 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or project support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel

Preferred

Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, etc.) is a plus
