Legends Global is the premier partner to the world's greatest live events, venues, and brands. The Building Engineer at Desert Diamond Arena will assist in all engineering calls and perform maintenance tasks to ensure the facility operates smoothly during events and daily operations.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain all aspects of general building maintenance, to include Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and drywall/painting

Participate in daily rounds of Chiller Plant and Boiler room. Also to include, weekly testing of backup generator and fire pump

Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor to maintain the integrity and safety of the facility

Perform scheduled maintenance and daily maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and other building systems

Train within the engineering department to maintain a basic to mid-level competency of all job functions and skills of the department

Basic computer skills needed for e-mails and work order system

Other duties as assigned

Assist with contractors as needed
