Responsibilities
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
Be financial leaders in Marketing, partnering to drive profitability through marketing investment strategies, performance metrics, and campaign ROI analysis
Plan and forecast for Marketing in the short and long term in alignment with departmental and corporate objectives and strategies
Deliver simple, relevant, and timely reporting and insights to Marketing Leadership, enabling visibility into performance results and supporting decision-making
Qualification
Required
Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in: Finance, Accounting, and Business Analysis in a marketing or retail environment
Marketing performance management and/or revenue growth management
Financial modelling, forecasting, performance reporting, and deriving insights
Simplifying complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders
Leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and reporting tools for decision-making
A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
