Responsibilities

Elevate UCB’s commercial presence by designing and executing a customer-centric learning strategy that strengthens sales capabilities and deepens engagement with healthcare professionals
Shape and execute US learning strategy aligned with global objectives and commercial priorities
Lead the development of a comprehensive commercial learning strategy, integrating sales training, customer engagement, and market insights to drive competitive advantage
Build and mentor a high-performing US learning team
Oversee learning governance and budget management
Establish metrics and report on learning program effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree required; Master's or higher preferred
10+ years in Learning/Talent Development
5+ years in senior leadership
5+ years sales experience, ideally in pharma
Proven experience in enterprise learning strategy and AI integration
Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement at executive level
Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills

Preferred

Experience in sales training or sales management desired
