Responsibilities

Lead GRII experience research and intelligence by conducting comprehensive reviews across subject matters, industries and geographies, and serving as an authority on the Firm’s internal experience database
Drive business development event execution in partnership with the Events team, ensuring seamless planning and delivery for targeted client engagement initiatives
Manage awards and directory submissions by coordinating materials, references and timelines for publications such as Chambers and Legal 500
Develop high-impact client materials including tailored pitch decks, proposals, presentations and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring accuracy, clarity and polished formatting
Maintain core marketing collateral such as practice descriptions, brochures, PowerPoint templates, matter summaries and attorney biographies
Produce client, market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy, identify opportunities and strengthen the GRII group’s market position
Support data analysis and reporting needs by compiling, interpreting and presenting information for internal stakeholders
Build strong cross-functional relationships with MBD leads, practice teams and Firm administrative groups to support coordinated initiatives and shared goals
Support team operations by assisting with budgeting, reporting and development of the GRII BD Assistant, along with other responsibilities as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree; with 2-5 years' experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Knowledge of the commercial litigation market, with familiarity in white-collar investigations or corporate crime matters (e.g., Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement, healthcare fraud, cross-border investigations)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with senior attorneys, clients and colleagues
Strong project management abilities to balance competing priorities in deadline-driven environments while exercising sound judgment
Client service orientation and interpersonal strengths to build rapport and support productive working relationships
Advanced attention to detail, including meticulous data entry, proofreading and document quality control
Comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments, including navigating ambiguity and moving initiatives forward independently
Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and a team-first approach
Research proficiency, including the ability to synthesize complex legal, financial or business information
Technical fluency, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and the ability to effectively use online databases and research platforms

Preferred

Preferred research expertise with tools such as Westlaw, PACER, EDGAR, Pitchbook, Docket Navigator, Lex Machina, Monitor Suite or similar platforms
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as InterAction or Salesforce preferred
