Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain activities
Handle correspondence and communication with suppliers and internal teams
Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions
Support the preparation of reports and documentation for supply chain operations
Help maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system
Assist in receiving material deliveries
Verify the accuracy of materials being received
Create and sustain a clean and organized storage yard
Support efforts to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper inventory handling and storage
Perform testing and redeployment of CPE materials
Input and update supply chain data into relevant systems and databases
Assist in generating reports on supply chain performance metrics
Help analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Work closely with other departments, such as production, sales, and finance, to support supply chain activities
Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide input on supply chain issues
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain
Support the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve supply chain operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Maintain and organize supply chain documentation for audits and reviews
Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory compliance and customs requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check
Basic understanding of supply chain processes and terminology
Familiarity with inventory management and procurement procedures
Knowledge of logistics and transportation practices
Preferred
An associate's degree or coursework in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative support role
Prior Telecommunications experience
Prior experience with Excel
Prior experience with a forklift
