Student Employee - Harmon College Office Assistant & Receptionist
NEOGOV is seeking a Student Employee for the Harmon College Office. The role involves serving as the front desk receptionist and assisting full-time personnel with various operational and clerical tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Daily operational tasks such as addressing questions in person, over the phone and via electronic means
Maintaining confidentiality of organizational information
Reserving classrooms and study rooms
Opening/closing building rooms & offices
Being the liaison for the Administrative Assistant
Clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, shredding, checking mail, update and organize bulletin board content weekly
Preparing conference room for meetings
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Project related duties will consist of assisting with the coordination and hosting of Harmon College events and other special projects
Qualification
Required
Position is open to undergraduate (Freshman-Junior standing) students only with a minimum GPA of 2.75 majoring in the HCBPS areas of: Social Work, Communication Disorders, Human Development & Family Science, Criminal Justice, Military Science & Leadership, Aviation, Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Big Data & Business Analytics, International Business, Management, Sport Management, Marketing or Events Marketing & Management
Graduate students are not eligible for this position
Attention to detail
Communication skills to include oral, written and/or verbal
