Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams and stake holders to ensure quality integration of the I&C system
Create functional logic diagrams
Support customer offer development for I&C system projects
Support Equipment Qualification (EMC, Environmental, Seismic) of an internally developed FPGA-based I&C platform
Provide guidance to hardware design engineers to develop the hardware design of the I&C system
Provide guidance to software design engineers to develop the software of the I&C system
Develop test plan and procedure documentation; execute testing based on project needs
Understand equipment qualification standards and interface with equipment qualification groups for qualification of the I&C system
Assist in engineering review of system documentation
Support board-level design, functional testing, and integration testing
Assist in application development based on system functional and design requirements specifications
Qualification
Required
Completion of bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Engineering degrees
Experience with or knowledge of Printed Circuit Boards, Analog/Digital Circuit Design, and FPGA technology
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while balancing multiple priorities
Experience with or knowledge of Labview, C++, Java, Python, embedded software
