Titan Technologies is seeking a Senior Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a mission-focused Government customer by delivering the full lifecycle of services needed to advance and modernize critical software capabilities. The RTE will facilitate and manage the flow of value through an Agile Release Train, ensuring smooth software releases and fostering continuous improvement within the ART.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring the seamless execution of Agile practices to deliver high value solutions

Serve as the leader and coach for the ART, synchronizing activities across multiple SAFe architecture, matrix support, and development teams

Facilitate key Agile Release Train events, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, and periodic synchronization events like the ART sync. Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs) to ensure program alignment

Plan and execute PI planning sessions, enabling teams to define and prioritize features and capabilities

Identify and manage program level risks and dependencies, ensuring seamless integration of deliverables

Escalate and resolve impediments that impact ART performance, collaborating with stakeholders to drive resolution. Metrics and Reporting: Lead SAFe metrics reporting for senior leaders, utilizing Agile Program Management Tools to provide actionable insights and progress updates

Facilitate economic decision making by assisting teams with feature and capability estimation and rolling up to Epics, when required

Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on Lean Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a growth mindset

Drive relentless improvement within the ART by promoting the use of industry best practices and tools

Act as the primary liaison between Agile teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and expectations

Provide regular updates to senior leadership on ART progress, risks, and opportunities for optimization
