Responsibilities
Build scalable test systems that ensure reliability across distributed and data-driven products
Design intelligent test suites that catch real-world issues before they reach customers
Automate everything. From functional to integration testing and embedding quality in the development lifecycle
Collaborate across teams to drive test-based design and continuous improvement in our CI/CD workflows
Diagnose, reproduce, and track issues through resolution using tools like Jira, GitHub Issues, or similar
Support code reviews and pair with developers to ensure testability and maintainability
Be a quality advocate, influencing how we build, deploy, and monitor software across environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of QA or SDET experience
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing
Proficiency in at least programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
Experience with automated testing tools (PyTest, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
Strong understanding of test design principles and quality metrics
