They are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating print-ready artwork, operating printing equipment, and supporting customer inquiries while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Create and prepare print-ready artwork for DTF and Sublimation
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot printing equipment
Support customer inquiries and order issues in a collaborative manner
Assist with social media graphics and basic marketing content
Organize design files and maintain timely, high-quality production workflows
Participate in packaging, shipping, and fulfillment tasks as needed (lifting up to 50 lbs)

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools

Experience with DTF/Sublimation printing and equipment
