Responsibilities

Lead a team of partner managers focused on local channel partner success and growth
Own and deliver a long-term vision for the local channel partner program
Define partnership strategy and objectives for the local channel partner ecosystem
Drive the partner management process and play a hands-on role in managing strategic local channel partnerships
Create and implement partner enablement programs and tools that increase performance of local channel partners
Develop scalable solutions to support local channel partners in selling Amazon Advertising products
Work closely with the Business Development team to identify and onboard new local channel partners
Engage with internal cross-functional teams to ensure our product offerings and support systems meet local channel partner needs
Drive revenue growth through local channel partners while maintaining high partner satisfaction
Develop and manage senior-level relationships across Amazon Advertising and key channel partners
Create standardized processes and best practices for local channel partner management

Required

12+ years of B2B sales experience
Experience managing teams
