Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycles for solar PV systems and PV + BESS projects, from initial client interaction to final delivery
Provide functional leadership to internal engineering teams and coordinate with vendors, consultants, and utilities
Ensure projects meet technical, schedule, and budget expectations
Mentor junior staff and promote continuous process improvement
Oversee the preparation of detailed electrical designs and construction documents
Interface with clients and stakeholders, providing expert guidance throughout the project
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Significant experience in solar engineering as well as project management
Strong skills in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of PV Syst, Helioscope, and ETAP is a plus
Ability to produce complete electrical designs and documentation for solar systems
Comfortable managing teams and communicating effectively with clients
