Mid LevelEvents DC is seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst to support their enterprise Human Resources systems, primarily Oracle Fusion HCM and UKG. This role focuses on system configuration, test script development, validation, and ensuring data integrity while collaborating with various teams to maintain effective HR processes and integrations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the technical and functional expert supporting Events DC’s enterprise Human Resources systems primarily Oracle Fusion HCM and UKG with a focus on system configuration, test script development, validation, and data integrity
Responsible for ensuring that HR processes, integrations, and system enhancements operate effectively across the organization
Lead testing cycles, support functional configuration, and collaborate with HRC Teams, TMD, and FMD to maintain seamless ERP and HRIS performance
Qualification
Required
Technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and UKG
Experience in system configuration, test script development, validation, and data integrity
Ability to ensure effective operation of HR processes, integrations, and system enhancements
Experience leading testing cycles
Support for functional configuration
Collaboration with HRC Teams, TMD, and FMD
Strong blend of technical capability and functional HR knowledge
Hands-on ERP testing experience
Effective communication skills across business and technical teams
Local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area (DC, Maryland, or Virginia)
