Responsibilities

Oversee and manage every stage of the supply chain, from procurement to production, and warehouse to final logistics delivery

Collaborate closely with HQ parts planning team and manage the procurement process including parts consumption, ordering, pricing, and terms

Implement strategies for managing spare parts inventory including ordering, storage, and delivery of goods

Coordinate with Sales, PM and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of solar products and components before commissioning

Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts

Analyze operational performance and use data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and productivity

Stay informed of advances and changes in the renewable energy industry, particularly in solar technology, and adjust supply chain processes as needed

Develop and oversee risk management procedures to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team
