Responsibilities
Develop budgets, net interest income forecasting, and long-range plans using advanced planning tools
Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and investment decisions
Design and develop interactive dashboards
Collaborate with business units to translate financial insights into operational strategies
Present planning & analysis findings and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and concisely
Enhance FP&A processes by adopting innovative technologies and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or data analytics
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with Power BI, Python, or similar a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and support data-driven decision making
Preferred
Experience in financial services and modeling net interest income
Familiarity with cloud-based planning platforms
Strong interest in innovation, continuous learning, and development
