Responsibilities

Lead database migration projects, including MSSQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL conversions for enterprise clients
Design and implement migration strategies ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity
Collaborate with engineering teams on cloud integration (AWS, Azure) and automation workflows
Provide technical leadership for complex migration initiatives and performance tuning
Support client engagements requiring project management, client facing skills, advanced technical troubleshooting and secure configuration

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
5+ years of experience in software engineering roles
Proven track record in troubleshooting and system-level programming

Deep experience in PostgreSQL, MongoDb, MSSQL, Oracle, and cloud platforms
Strong background in automation, scripting, and performance optimization
Familiarity with security best-practices and secret management tools
Proven ability to work across global teams and manage critical incidents
