Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design, from concept exploration and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and production-ready assets
Partner with product and engineering to translate complex AI/ML features into clear, usable interfaces
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Establish and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across products
Prototype and iterate quickly, balancing speed with thoughtful design
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible, aligned, and user-centered
Advocate for the user experience in product strategy discussions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from user flows to polished UI
Strong skills in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
Proven ability to design intuitive interfaces for complex systems or data-heavy applications
Experience conducting user research and incorporating findings into design
Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup or 0→1 product environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills
