Senior PLM Project Manager
ArcherGrey is a digital transformation firm specializing in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). They are seeking a Senior PLM Project Manager to manage enterprise-wide PLM programs and projects, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget while optimizing the value of technology investments for clients.

Responsibilities
Manage enterprise-wide engineering and/or manufacturing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) programs/projects and related specific activities as a consultative service with a focus on high-quality delivery on time and on budget. Project types vary and could involve business process improvements, new PLM implementation, integrations, complex data migrations, upgrades, enhancements, or others
Manage internal company initiative projects as assigned
Define objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to frame project delivery tasks
Plan, schedule, and control activities to fulfill identified objectives applying technical, managerial, and leadership skills to satisfy project requirements
Develop and enforce integrated project plans representing appropriate levels of detail
Record and manage project issues, escalating when necessary
Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level
Manage project scope and change control
Provide consistent and accurate status reports as required by clients and for internal governance
Lead risk identification, mitigation and contingency planning, and tracking with the project team
Allocate work among team members and provide guidance on work tasks as needed
Ensure all project documentation is updated and conveyed to relevant stakeholders on time
Integrate with clients and colleagues to effectively lead project team and build positive professional relationships
Establish and maintain high performing team and serve as project advocate within the organization
Ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables with a focus on providing value to clients
Support Business Development team as required to develop detailed scope of work, resource plan, and initial schedule
Support objectives within the organization to improve Delivery and PMO operations
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen (required for FA&D role)
Consulting experience required
5+ years of experience with enterprise-level software development project management, specifically for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software such as PTC FlexPLM, PTC Windchill, or Dassault Systèmes?ENOVIA
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under changing priorities
Availability for travel as required (typically less than 10%)
Preferred
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools preferred
PMP certification is a plus
