10+ years expDematic is seeking a talented Electrical Supervisor to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding installation quality on project sites and coordinating on-site safety while traveling 100% to customer locations.

Responsibilities
Ensure outstanding installation quality on project sites, adhering strictly to manufacturing and subcontractor quality checklists. Implement Corrective Actions when discrepancies are identified to maintain our high standards
Coordinate on-site safety, conducting regular safety audits to ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Assist with routine equipment trial runs, ensuring all installations meet Dematic's outstanding standards
Provide detailed on-site reporting on schedules and resources to project managers and customers, keeping them informed and engaged
Train subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment, sharing your proven expertise
Write concise and clear trip reports promptly, adhering to Dematic’s procedures
Identify and troubleshoot problems as they arise, suggesting appropriate steps for resolution in straightforward scenarios
Be prepared to travel on short notice, spending up to 100% of your time at various customer locations, with all travel expenses covered
Navigate large construction sites, performing tasks that require physical endurance including pushing, pulling, crawling, squatting, and walking in various climates and conditions
Qualification
Required
A minimum of ten years of experience in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment
Service experience in AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors being helpful
A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required
Proficiency in quality assurance practices
A detailed understanding of OSHA regulations
OSHA 10 certification required
Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts
Competence in using personal computers, database functions, and communication tools
Solid understanding of hardware setup and software configuration
Preferred
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
OSHA 30 certification
