Senior Compensation Analyst
HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst who plays an important role in shaping compensation strategies that attract the right talent and enable business success. The role involves delivering quantitative and qualitative analytics, developing pay structures, and collaborating with HR and business leaders on compensation strategies and program design.

Responsibilities
Develop, administer, and ensure compliance of compensation programs including analytical support for executive, salaried and hourly employees for North America corporate and distribution center employees
Conduct market pricing using external surveys and internal data to benchmark against competitors and inform pay recommendations
Advise HR Business Partners, managers, and leaders on compensation matters, such as new hire offers, promotions, and policy interpretation
Evaluate job architecture for continued alignment to the business and marketplace
Perform internal pay equity and fairness analyses to ensure consistency across the organization
Generate reports, conduct trend analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to support compensation decisions
Qualification
Required
Education: a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance
Experience: 3+ years of experience in compensation, with experience in a large multinational organization and working with various employee types (salaried, hourly, etc.)
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for complex modeling, logic statements, and lookups
Familiarity with HR software, compensation management tools - Workday Advanced Compensation experience is an asset
Strong quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities are critical for translating complex data into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are necessary for influencing and advising senior leaders and stakeholders
