Responsibilities
Own AP, AR, payroll support, and bill coding workflows
Support month-end close, WIP, and job-cost accounting
Work directly in Sage Intacct, Procore, Ramp
Improve accounting systems, controls, and automation
Build reports, dashboards, and scalable processes
Partner with leadership on financial operations as we scale
Qualification
Required
Accounting / Finance / MIS degree (0–3 years experience or strong recent grad)
Technically curious — enjoys systems, data, automation
Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and ownership-driven
Wants responsibility now, not in 5–7 years
Preferred
ERP exposure
