They are seeking a computational biology student intern to engage in research focused on multi-omic and physiological data fusion and analysis, including the development of novel algorithms and the use of machine learning for predictive biology applications.

Responsibilities

Devise innovative computational approaches to analyze and interpret multi-omic data, including using machine learning for predictive biology applications

Work with an interdisciplinary team of scientists

Communicate your research through internal presentations, rigorous documentation, and helping with peer-reviewed manuscript preparation

Required

Earned bachelor's degree

Currently attending and enrolled full time in an accredited science, engineering, or math graduate program

Ability to work up to 30 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer
