Responsibilities

Regulatory Monitoring & Research : Tracking new legislation and regulatory changes at the state and federal levels that impact PBM operations, such as Medicare Part D, HIPAA, and specific state PBM laws

Contract Management : Reviewing, analyzing, drafting, and negotiating PBM agreements to ensure they are legally sound, transparent, auditable, and operationally clear

Auditing and Reporting Support : Assisting attorneys and compliance teams during internal and external audits (e.g., CMS or state audits), preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring all reporting requirements are met

Licensing and Filings : Organizing and submitting regulatory filings to state agencies and managing the licensing process for the PBM's various licensed entities across different jurisdictions

Other ad hoc projects as necessary
