Assist Event Managers in the coordination and execution of special events for a range of corporate and association clients, handle onsite needs as directed and work onsite at events as required
Assist Account Executives with vendor outreach, research costing, proposal and marketing activities, and work onsite at events as required
Assist with office management by taking client and general calls, and other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Ability to assist Event Managers in the coordination and execution of special events
Ability to handle onsite needs as directed and work onsite at events as required
Ability to assist Account Executives with vendor outreach, research costing, proposal and marketing activities
Ability to assist with office management by taking client and general calls
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
